Mini Spring Lookbook

If you weren’t aware, spring has sprung! I personally prefer the warmer weather in terms of clothing just because I feel there’s more room for character and customization. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good sweater moment. But, with warmer weather you can really let your personal style shine! For this lookbook, I wanted to include a variety of styles, as my wardrobe is pretty all over the place in terms of consistency.  I think with the warm-then-cold weather of Georgia, these outfits are great for a 70 and above degree day but can easily be transformed with tights or a sweater for a chillier day.

A Take on the Neutral Trend

For this first look, I tried to touch a little on the preppy trend. Small, corset-inspired outerwear is super in right now, and layered over a white button up adds to the look and is great for season-transition weather. With the neutral skirt and gold jewelry, this outfit is classic and you can probably recreate it with things already in your wardrobe!

Vintage Vibes

This is one of my favorite garments I own! This vintage jumpsuit in a gorgeous bright green is simple and easy but super eye-catching. Sometimes, I wear a long sleeve shirt underneath but with warmer weather this one piece is all you need. I love the little details and you can tell it was made with love and care. I usually pair this with colorful earrings, too!

Simply Striking

This look is for a day or night out! Although simple, it really makes a statement with the brightly-colored skirt and pattern. The ruffles on the skirt are very popular right now, as well as the cuffed wrists on the sleeve. Flower and nature-themed prints are timeless, and the satin material on the black top gives it an extra edge, too. A cropped top and a knee-length skirt look good on everyone!

Cherry on Top

This look is definitely for that early summer weather! Although great for the beach, this look also works for when you need to dress up and show your personality. Fruit patterns are trendy, and especially berries and cherries. I happened to have cherry earrings, but anything green or red would look phenomenal with a cherry printed dress. It makes me want to have a picnic!
